Your participation on Holidot.com costs nothing, if it delivers nothing. How much you pay for bookings that are made depends on your choices. As an advertiser, you can determine your commission rate. If you choose a higher rate, you will be higher in the search lists that visitors see (just as with Google's AdWords). You can change your commission rate at any time through your personal page on Holidot.com. A customer searching for tickets or a holiday is always shown all the possibilities on offer that meet his or her requirements, including what is offered by suppliers who have chosen a lower commission rate. The refined search options at Holidot.com mean that small advertisers who aim at specific target groups will automatically be seen by their target audience. Holidot.com also offers small private advertisers a free space for their own web site.

How to cooperate with Holidot.com
An accommodation owner can cooperate with Holidot.com in three basic ways; adding your accommodation(s) manually, through a direct XML integration or connecting with a third party.
Manually – Extranet (Accommodation Manager)
Your participation on Holidot.com is very easy. As an advertiser you get a personal page on Holidot.com, where you can change your information and your commission rate whenever you wish. Holidot.com does not deal with any bookings itself. Also bookings or reservation-requests will be in your own management, on your terms and conditions. If you don't have your own online bookingsystem, you can place ours for free on your website.
Step 1 - Register
Create a Holidot user account with your personal details at the registration page. Please make sure that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully! After you have submitted the information, you will receive a confirmation letter in the e-mail, please click activate to activate the account.
Step 2 - Set up your property
Now that you have your login details you can add your accommodation(s) on the website by clicking the accommodation manager link! Please fill in all the different aspects and do not forget to carefully read and accept the General Conditions.
Step 3 - Approving your accommodation
After you have filled in all information the responsible country manager confirms the accommodation within two working days. The accommodation will then appear on the website and will be ready to be booked.

XML
The second possible way to integrate accommodations to our website is by integrating an XML feed to our website. XML is a technical solution that is used by larger hotel chains and other intermediary parties such as Booking.com, Venere and others. With XML the offer of a partner can be integrated into our website and offer their accommodations with availability, rates and descriptions will be shown without updating it manually on our site. Please contact your appropriate Countrymanager to see what necessary steps need to be made.

Cooperation is also possible through thrid parties such as Pegasus. Please contact your appropriate Countrymanager to see what other possiblities there are.

Your own country manager
Holidot.com has its own country manager for each country. The country manager is responsible for contacts with the accommodation owners in that country. So if you are offering accommodation on Holidot.com, you have a contact person whom you can talk to directly, and who speaks your language.
